Q:How can I track my order?

A: A shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout after your order ships. Please email for any inquiries, we’re happy to assist.


Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

A: Of course! Just email and we will take the appropriate steps to ensure you end up with the product that is just right for you. 


Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship from right here at Squaw Valley|Alpine Meadows, so please keep in mind that we may get backlogged during the holiday season in which case it may take longer to process. However, we understand the excitement of your package showing up at your doorstep, so we provide several different shipment options (with varying prices) to get your new purchase in your hands when you want it. 


Q:Do you ship packages internationally?

A: Unfortunately no, not at this time.


Q:How do your price your shipping?

A: The standard shipping amount you pay depends on the product category or the dimensional weight of the item purchased. We do offer free shipping on orders over $75!


Q:What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards.


Q:What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with original receipt, tags attached, and in new condition. New condition is defined as no signs of usage or wear with all original materials and tags.   


Q:How do I initiate a return?

A: Please complete our return form. Once your form is submitted an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be generated. Carefully package your return, write your RMA number on the outside of the box, and include the original receipt with tags attached. We suggest you make a copy of your receipt for your records. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide insurance. Squaw Valley|Alpine Meadows is not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.  Please note there are different return addresses depending on carrier used:

Q: How long do returns typically take?

A: We will do our best to process your return within 7 days. During Peak Season it may take up to 14 days to process. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card returns to appear on your bank statement.


Q: How is tax calculated?

A: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. Squaw Valley|Alpine Meadows conducts sufficient business presence in most states and that requires us to collect and remit sales tax on all orders. The sales taxed charged will reflect applicable state and local taxes.
